Lake Group Strata has an experienced full time insurance co-ordinator whose role it is to ensure that your property’s insurances are administered appropriately in accordance with the requirements of legislation.
Our insurance co-ordinator working in conjunction with your managing agent prepares, lodges and manages insurance claims, obtains insurance valuations as directed by property owners, obtains and submits insurance quotations to the Executive Committee and renews insurances in accordance with the Committee's instructions.
